Shipping policy

Order Processing & Dispatch

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification via email or SMS, along with tracking details to monitor your delivery.

Please ensure you track your shipment using the provided tracking number to avoid any delivery delays.
Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, we are unable to influence delivery times or courier operations.


Processing Times

In-stock items: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Out-of-stock items: Your order will be placed on hold until the item is back in stock.

Mixed orders (in-stock & out-of-stock items): We will hold the entire order until all items are available for shipping.
We encourage you to carefully check product availability when placing your order.


Delivery Partners & Timeframes

NZ Post:
We use NZ Post for economy deliveries. Standard delivery time is approximately 2–3 business days.
Please note: During peak periods or in the event of courier delays, delivery times may be extended. Always refer to your tracking information for the most up-to-date status.

 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If you believe your order has been lost or delayed beyond the normal delivery timeframe, please contact the courier directly to initiate an investigation. Once you have received an investigation number, forward it to us so we can work with the courier to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.
